Q: How do I send you the slides/photos?

A: Please remove all slides from their trays and arrange them emulsion side down in the order you want. Number them if possible 1-100, etc. Then rubber band them together so our technicians know the order in which to scan.

Q: How many slides/photos will fit onto a disc?

A: Upwards of 500, however we can add additional discs to handle as many as you've got.

Q: I have some odd sizes, can you handle them?

A: We transfer most common sizes of slides and photos. From 2x2 35mm slides up to 8x10 photos.

Q: How long does this process take?

A: Because each item is scanned by hand for quality, average turnaround time is a few weeks.
